All ammunition sales are final and no returns are accepted.

You must be 21 years of age to purchase ammunition and ammunition components; an adult signature maybe required by UPS at time of delivery.

By agreeing to our terms & conditions you are making the following declaration:

Declaration of Buyer: "I acknowledge this dealer does not authorize that I may lawfully purchase, possess, carry or operate bows, crossbows, paint pistols, air pistols, air rifles, black powder items, or any other items which I may purchase, in accordance with my state and local laws. I understand the legality of the merchandise I am ordering and I declare that I am of legal age and have no other legal disabilities."

We DO NOT warranty that you may purchase or possess handgun components, long gun components, or ammunition according to state or local laws. By agreeing to the terms & conditions, you are stating that you are of legal age to purchase the components or ammunition. This certifies that you are an adult and under no legal disability as provided under 18 U.S.C 922D (1) - (7).

Exchange and Return

        Returns must be made within 30 days.  Product can only be returned with a return authorization number issued by us.

        A $10.00 exchange fee must accompany merchandise returned for exchange

        Merchandise returned for refund is subject to a 15% to 25% restocking fee

        There is a minimum restocking fee of $5.00

        To return a product it must be in new condition.  The following are examples of new condition.  A tree stand that hasn’t been assembled.   A product that still has all of the tags.  A boot that hasn’t been worn outside.  A rifle scope that still has the shrink wrap around the original box.

        We don’t warranty products, product defect must be resolved with the manufacturer.

        We reserve the right to cancel order at anytime for any reason.

Order Cancellation Fee

When you place an order with us it is a legal binding contract.  You may not cancel orders without approval and conformation from Outdoor Candy. You may request to cancel your order any time before it ships.  You understand and accept the fact that it may not be possible to cancel an order in time before shipping regardless of how and when you send your request.  Some products ship from our main location, some ship from remote locations and some products ship from the factory.  When we receive your order, it is sent to the shipping location within minutes and starts the shipping process.  We start to incur cost at that moment.  It normally takes us one business day to answer email so by then it is usually too late to cancel. The following cancellation fees will apply.  Orders placed directly on our web site will be charged 5% or $5.00, which ever is greater. 

General

Outdoorcandy.com is a wholly owned division of Outdoorcandy, LLC and has a home office in Salt Lake City, Utah. This document comprehensively defines the Outdoorcandy acceptable use policies ("AUP") while utilizing Outdoorcandy services that provide access to the Outdoorcandy network (the "Network"). By using the Network, you (the account holder) acknowledge that you and users that have gained access to the Network through your account have read, understood, and agree to abide by this AUP document. You, (the account holder) are responsible for violations of the AUP by any user authorized by you to access the Network. The AUP applies to all aspects of the Network, including but not limited to websites, email, online chat, and paid advertisment slots. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password(s) and account information, as well as the physical security of your and your authorized user's access to the Network. In the event that a verifiable violation of the AUP is perpetrated by you or any user of your account, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Outdoorcandy, its divisions, members, employees, suppliers, and any third party web site developers and/or providers harmless from and against all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including actual attorneys' fees, resulting from that violation of the AUP. You agree to notify Outdoorcandy immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security known to you.

Prohibited Activities

Providing false, misleading, or incorrect data to Outdoorcandy on written or online applications, contracts, or other documents or materials provided to Outdoorcandy, including fraudulent credit card numbers, fradulent paypal accounts, or fradulent "bill to" addresses or telephone numbers.

Any other inappropriate, abusive, or illegal activity of the Network (as determined by Outdoorcandy), whether or not specifically listed here in the AUP, may result in the immediate suspension and/or immediate termination of access to the network, and immediate suspension and/or termination of the account holder's account.

Cooperation with Criminal or Civil Investigations

Outdoorcandy cooperates fully with appropriate law enforcement agencies and/or other parties involved in investigating claims of illegal or inappropriate activity conducted on Outdoorcandy. Outdoorcandy reserves the right to disclose account holder information to the extent authorized by the relevant federal surveillance statutes.

Restrictions on Use of Account

It is the account holder's responsibility to keep their password secure. An account holder may not share their password or user account with any other party. An account holder may not resell or lease the Network or any portion thereof. An account holder may not logon to more than one user session at a time.
